It is a matter of pleasure that a comprehensive activity of the organization has been published on the Fiscal status and the achievement of the activities of our organization for the year of 2022. This was an extreme difficult task to consolidate all required information on various programs and activates concerned areas by a nongovernmental organization. However the sincere cooperation and contribution of all concerned persons has made the effort successful. The support service quality of the organization has notably improved this year through which a number of important skill development and received by the staffs of our organization. The organization had to face financial crisis for a number of its projects and programs because it could not mobilize required fund from the external sources as per its requirement. I thank to our staff members who sincerely worked hard for making our projects programs successful.
